Conquest is an Alliance guild on Kilrogg (US-PvE) dedicated to PvE raid accomplishments. We focus on raid progression and completing raid achievements.
Our raid times are - 5pm PST(8pm EST) to 9pm PST(midnight EST) sometimes a little later, six days a week during progression, saturday off.
Expectations: If you are selected as a recruit, you can expect to be evaluated on the following.
- Ability to perform in raids. We must feel that we can rely on you if placed with an important job.
- Attendence. We are looking for full-time raiders. If you can't make our raid schedule, don't bother applying. This is especially important for progression purposes.
- Class knowledge. This includes talents/glyphs/gems, skill selection during encounters, gearing methods, performance on WWS/recount.
- Preparation. We expect full preparation from you before raid time begins. This means flasks/elixirs, food, enchants/etc. all of the time during progression/achievement attempts.
- Knowledge. Knowing the general strategies of bosses is your job; any additional or special strategies will be explained to you by us. It is your job to ensure you fully grasp them and ask questions from guild members if you do not understand something.
- Versatility. You should be able and ready to play all specs and roles that your class encompasses
- Maturity. This goes without explanation.
- Additionally you should have a solid connection and game platform as to avoid a constant need to reboot/restart and disconnects.
Recruitment takes place in a four week evaluation period. You have up through that time to prove to us that you deserve to be kept around. This is NOT a casual raiding guild. If you do not feel you can keep up, or are unsure about our expectations, do not bother posting an application.
